Black Rice with Mixed Veggies

Directions to cook Black Rice

Black Rice w_mixed veggies
1 cup rice, well rinsed
1 .50 cups water
Bring to a boil – abt 5 mins – and reduce heat to lowest setting, cover and cook for 45
mins.
Cook Mixed Veggies according to package directions.
Chop 1 tomato
Add tomato and mix veggies and black rice in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Add Apple Cider vinegar or Brown Rice Vinegar about a cap full, add soy sauce and mix well.
Black rice is a versatile food, mix any vegetable with it and spice it up any way you like.
