Total Time: 5 minutes Serves: 4-6
2 cups cooked black rice
1 red bell pepper, julienne slices sautéed
1 onion, julienne slices sautéed
tsp. Brown rice or Apple cider vinegar
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste
In a bowl, combine cooked rice with all ingredients.
Mix lightly and serve.
